Exchange and Refund Policy

Warranty against Manufacturing Defects:

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt. If you receive a product with a defect, follow these steps to exchange it:

  1. Contact our team: Send an email to contato@hermosacasaedecor.com.br with clear photos or videos of the defective product, within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Problem analysis: Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 2 business days . If the defect is confirmed, you will be able to choose between:

  • Receive a refund of the amount paid: The amount will be returned in the same way you used to pay for the purchase.
  • Receive a new identical product: We will send you a new product of the same model and color, at no additional cost.
  • Receive a product of similar value: You can choose a product of equivalent value to the one you purchased, paying the difference, if any.
  • Receive a discount coupon: You will receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.

    Exchanges for regret:

    According to the Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to regret your purchase and request an exchange or return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt. To do so, follow these steps:

    1. Contact our team: Send an email to contato@hermosacasaedecor.com.br informing your intention to exchange or return the product, within 7 days of receipt.
    2. Shipping the product: You must send the product back to our store in its original packaging, without signs of use, within 7 days after communicating your regret. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

    Criteria for Exchange or Return:

    For a product to be eligible for exchange or return, it must meet the following criteria:

    • The product must not show signs of use.
    • All original packaging must be intact.
    • The product must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
    • Exchanges or returns of products that have been damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted.

    Additional Rules:

    • Address error: If the error in the address is the customer's, he/she will be responsible for paying for the new shipping.
    • Response time: In all cases, you will receive a response from our team within 2 business days .
